The field at the stadium will be called Bashor Field. Local philanthropist Dianne Bashor made a $15 million donation two years ago toward stadium construction costs. SDSU officials said the Sycuan Founders Club “will be one of the most exclusive and prestigious hospitality areas in all of Southern California.” Stadium designer Gensler created the concept for The Sycuan Piers with inspiration from the San Diego coastline.
